BAHRIA Town's Care reply in response to my letter Asking for Compensation on my Purchase at higher market price, which was set at that time (During the Year 2004) and subsequent sharp and sudden decline in prices to one fourth of the purchase price within few months. Prices did not reach to that level despite the passage of more than three years.

No doubt the there is a slump in real estate market and you may have noticed during the rise in the market Bahria Town has followed same payment plan, So any rise or fall in market does not affect Bahria Town (Pvt.) Ltd payment schedule.
The total price 812,000/-   is for the end product which is in development phase, you may visit site where development work is proceeding with full swing  and massive resources have been deployed at phase-9 to deliver you what we have promised.
As far as your concern that you have invested a total amount of 1,390,000 by purchasing files at higher rates and than merging them all into one file was your own decision and we appreciate your interest in Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd but not responsible for any sale agreement between you and the seller.
We appreciate your courtesies in past and present so suggest you to continue with it as final map of pahse-9 has been handed over to CEO Bahria Town (Pvt.)Ltd by Malaysian Planning consultant namely TAK Management and shall be made public soon.
